The Hangar Condominium Association.
The Residential Association is similar to a typical homeowners association and maintains the private roads (the Airpark is gated), landscaping on the entry road, and insurance. The Flight Association maintains the runway, taxiways, card lock fuel service and aviation amenities. The Hangar Condominium Association maintains the condominium hangars and adjacent grounds in the FBO area.
All lot owners are required to belong to the Residential Association and all runway access lot owners are required to belong to the Flight Association. Owners of a condominium hangar will be required to be a member of both the Hangar Condominium Association and the Flight Association but not the Residential Association, unless they also own a lot at the Airpark.
In addition to the C C & R's, Pegasus Airpark has a set of Operating Rules and Regulations, which are designed to provide safe operations. These Rules may be modified at any time by a two-thirds vote of the Flight Association Board.
