Pegasus Airpark's first two buildings of Condominium T and Box Hangars were constructed in 2003. Each unit has a 41' 6 X 12 foot high bi-fold door with built in walk-in doors. Interior ceiling is above 13 feet. Each unit is provided with a 40 A / 230 V electrical capacity with four 8' fluorescent light fixtures in the rectangular and three in the T hangars. Units have standard vinyl covered insulation installed during construction.
If you are interested in one of our units, please contact Russ Brandt at Blue Chip Land Corp. The next additional box hangar building will be built with 16 units scheduled to start in February 2008 and Russ Brandt is taking deposits on contracts. As of May the third hangar building is half sold out and scheduled to be completed in July 2008. |
