Phase One through Four and the Hangar area consists of 186 home sites, 82 aviation lots with runway access and 104 irrigated Equestrian lots. The Master Plan shows the four phases and hangar area with a separate south entrance. The plan calls for 111 hangars in the FBO area. The second entrance from the south and our third hangar on the west side is scheduled to be completed in 2008. Four more hangar buildings are planed for the east side. The 100 LL aviation fuel facility was operational in December 2007. |
