NEWS UPDATES ON PEGASUS AIRPARK

April 2001:  All Phase One underground utilities completed and inspected.  Curb installation underway.

May 2001:  Curb installation finished in Development; Road and Runway base being applied.

May 24, 2001:  The Public Report for Pegasus Airpark was issued by the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate.  A copy is available to download on the C C & R's page.

June 11, 2001:  Paving started on Phase One, Runway, and Taxiways.  Runway to open as soon as it is completed.  Paving photos added to construction photos.

July 2001:  Paving was completed in June on all roads in Phase One, taxiways, runway and FBO area up to the first row of future hangars.  Paint striping of the runway was completed in July.

December 2001:  First custom home started construction.  Entry Way Monuments completed at Ellsworth Road.  Irrigation installation is proceeding and final Landscaping will be completed soon.

March 2002:  Entry way Landscaping was completed.

August 2002:  First home completed. Five additional homes under construction. 

August 2002:  Reservations being taken for Phase Two Irrigated Equestrian Lots.

Aviators wishing to fly in to visit Pegasus should use 122.9 for the CTAF.  Use caution for construction equipment in vicinity of Phase Two (Northeast corner) and Hangar area.  Runway lights are installed and operational on 122.9.

February 2003:  Pegasus Airpark received approval from the Arizona Department of Real Estate to take lot reservations on Unit Two (Phase Two).  Phase Two consists of 12 aviation lots and 43 irrigated, equestrian lots.

July 30, 2003:  Replaced Pegasus Airpark Hangar Condominium C C & R's with recorded version.

March 2004: Hangar construction was completed and final inspection approved by the Town.  Units are available for immediate occupancy.

October 2004:  Phase Two sold out.  Reservations being taken for lots in Phase Three.

March 2005:  The next set of Hangar Buildings are in planning stage.  Units will be additional Box Hangar units. 

May 2005:  Construction was started on Phase Three and Four.  Construction is scheduled to take 120 days.

December 2007:  Fuel Tank installation completed.  100 LL fuel is now available in the FBO area 24 hours a day.
